With more than five years of experience in the HR consulting space—and prior work in higher education HR—Megan brings a rare combination of agility, pragmatism, and strategic insight to every client engagement. Her ability to seamlessly pivot between detailed, hands-on execution and high-level advisory work has made her a trusted partner for a diverse set of organizations across industries.
Based in Philadelphia, Megan earned her MBA in Strategic Management & Leadership, grounding her work in both people expertise and business strategy. She understands how HR systems, culture, and operations connect to organizational performance—and she brings that lens into every project, process, and conversation.
